For shelters and agencies

Partner with Hope for All Care

Tools for shelters and outreach teams to keep information accurate, respond to safety concerns, and support residents — with their consent.

What your team can do

Keep your listing accurate

Update services, eligibility, accessibility details and announcements. Post availability updates that expire automatically, so stale information is never shown as current.

Respond to safety reports

Review Hope for All Shield reports about your shelters, assign them, add private notes and share short public status updates.

Verify stays with consent

Residents can generate a short check-in code to confirm a stay. Staff see only the name the resident chooses to show.

Approve assistance

Outreach workers and caseworkers review assistance requests and write the public summary donors see.

Set monitoring hours

Tell people honestly when reports are monitored, so nobody expects an immediate response that will not come.

Least-privilege access

Each staff member gets only the permissions their role needs. Staff in sensitive roles are prompted to turn on two-step verification.

Safeguards built in

  • Reports that involve staff are routed to an independent safeguarding reviewer, not to the shelter’s own team.
  • Anonymous reporters’ identities are never collected; confidential reporters are visible only to authorized reviewers.
  • Safety Pulse feedback is only shown in aggregate, and is hidden when there are too few responses to protect respondents.
  • There are no public ratings or rankings of shelters.
  • Sensitive actions are recorded in an audit log.
