Something done on Hope for All Care, such as a sign-up or an application. It is not an outcome.
Reported
Reported by one party and not yet confirmed by anyone else.
Verified
Checked by a staff member or matched to a record.
Confirmed
Confirmed by both parties, for example the person and the employer.
Hidden numbers: any count from 1 to 4 is shown as “fewer than 5 — hidden to protect privacy”, so nobody can be identified from a small group. A job application is not a job, a housing referral is not a placement and a safety report is not a confirmed incident — each is labelled for what it is.
