Hope for All Neighbourhood

Neighbourhood concerns, handled with care

Businesses and neighbours can report a specific concern — like a blocked entrance or hazardous waste — and ask for outreach support or the right non-emergency contact. The goal is help, not punishment.

In immediate danger? Call 911 where available.

Reports submitted in Hope for All Care do not dispatch emergency help and may not be read right away.

How we keep this fair

Describe behaviour, not people

Reports must describe something specific you saw happen. Never describe someone by how they look or assume where they live.

Never assume someone is homeless

Being in a public space is not a concern to report. Someone who seems to need support can be referred for outreach.

Not sent to police

Reports are never forwarded to police automatically. They go to a local responding partner, such as an outreach agency.

Guidance, not dispatch

You will get non-emergency and municipal contacts. Hope for All Care does not dispatch emergency services — call 911 for emergencies where available.

For businesses

  • Register your business to follow your reports, request outreach support for someone who may need help, and join community programs.
  • Your reports and outreach requests are visible to the responding partner in your city — not to the public.
  • Business accounts are reviewed before they are verified.

Get started

The business dashboard asks you to sign in first.

Report a neighbourhood concern

You don’t need an account. If you are not signed in, your report is anonymous.

You are not signed in, so this report will be anonymous. You will get a reference and a follow-up code.

For example: “back entrance of 120 King St” or “bus shelter at Main and Queen”.

Type at least 2 letters, then use the up and down arrow keys to choose a community.

For example: “this morning around 9”.

Describe specific actions you observed. Don’t describe anyone’s appearance or guess about their housing, health or background.
