Recovery support
Voluntary support, at your own pace
Some counsellors and community organizations offer support programs through Hope for All Care. Taking part is always your choice.
You can leave at any time. Leaving never affects food, shelter, safety services or care.
What a program can include
Goals you agree on
You and your counsellor set goals together, broken into small milestones.
Appointments
See upcoming sessions in one place.
Small incentives
Some programs offer vouchers for essentials when a milestone is confirmed by your counsellor.
Leave whenever you want

How it works
- A counsellor you already work with can invite you to a program. You can accept or decline the invitation.
- Milestones are confirmed by your counsellor — for example, that you attended an appointment. You are never asked to report on substance use.
- Program details are private. They are never shown to family members, donors or vendors.
- Declining or leaving a program does not change your access to shelters, meals, safety reporting or any other service.
What these programs are not
Hope for All Care is not a health care provider and does not offer medical treatment, diagnosis or advice. Programs on Hope for All Care are a way to stay organized and connected with your counsellor; they are not a substitute for care from a qualified health professional.
If you need help finding health, mental health or substance use services, you can search community services or dial 2-1-1. In an emergency, call 911 where available.
